The AL-MUC1S Microwave-Ultrasonic Flow Reactor is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. This instrument features three operating modes: microwave, ultrasonic, and combined microwave-ultrasonic. The high-power invasive ultrasonic transducer can operate in environments up to 300°C with a frequency of 25kHz. Key features include precise temperature control, a 7-inch display screen, touch control, user-friendly operation, and data storage capabilities. The AL-MUC1S offers powerful digital processing functions, real-time display and recording of reaction data and curve graphs, programmable reaction conditions, the ability to divide experiments into multiple working stages, online modification of unsuitable reaction parameters, and functions for saving and querying experimental records.

The AL-MUC1S Microwave-Ultrasonic Flow Reactor can catalyze various types of organic, pharmaceutical, and biochemical reactions such as addition, substitution, esterification, hydrolysis, alkylation (acylation), polymerization, condensation, cyclization, and oxidation, as well as physical processes like solvent extraction of food, natural products, and minerals. It is suitable for organic synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, food science, quarantine and epidemic prevention, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, petrochemicals, materials science, biomedicine, and other related fields.
